Someone once laughed that Chinese culture is going out, and the Chinese food on the tip of the tongue is enough. This joke is enough to prove the weight of Chinese food culture in the entire traditional culture. The new immigrants living in Singapore have already integrated the Chinese food culture into the local area through the inheritance, improvement and innovation of generations and generations, so that the Chinese food culture and local food customs are organically combined in the most grounded way. In March 2004, the founder, Fei Liming, founded the hand-in-hand Jinghua Food Museum in Jalan Besar. 

Since the opening of the year, adhering to the frozen is not as good as fresh, the machine is not as good as the manual business philosophy, has been popular with the majority of diners. At the beginning of the opening of Jinghua Restaurant, it mainly deals in northern snacks and traditional noodles. 曾有人笑称,中华文化走出去,单靠舌尖上的中华美食足以。这个打趣的说法足以证明中华饮食文化在整个传统文化中的分量。生活在新加坡的新移民经过一辈又一辈的传承、改良和创新,早已把中华饮食文化融入了当地,让中华饮食文化和当地饮食习俗以最接地气的方式有机结合起来。

2004年3月,创办人——费立明在惹兰勿刹创立手拉手京 华美食小馆。自年开业以来,秉承冰冻的不如新鲜的,机器的不如手工做的经营理念,一直深受广大食客喜爱。京华小馆开业之初主要经营北方小吃以及传统面食,以小笼包,锅贴,各种手工拉面而闻名,应附近食客的需求,也开始经营麻辣香锅及传统川菜。

手拉手京华美食小馆取名自1988年汉城奥运会主题曲《Hand in Hand》,赐予我们心手相连,打破人与人之间的隔阂,激发我们心中永恒的火焰,让世界变得更加美好。京华小馆美食灵感则来之于中国山东的沿海一带,其海洋,山脉,河流,森林等一应俱全的自然地貌,造就了丰富多彩的动植物的生态环境,确保了食材选择上的精细,从而孕育出了中国八大菜系之首——鲁菜。明朝的大批鲁菜厨师享誉京城,遂使京味鲁蔡传遍天下。打卤面、各种口味的饺子、锅贴、京酱肉丝、凉拌菜这些都能在手拉手京华小馆实现,而创办人——费立明曾经给国家首长做过饭, 如: 江泽民、 赵紫阳、 万里、 宋平、 谷牧等前中国国家领导。
